Australia’s First Winter Olympic Gold Medallist
About Steven Bradbury
Olympic Champion, Champion Speaker and genuine onstage Entertainer is a unique skillset, and OMG talk about blowing your own trumpet ! Transitioning from being an expert speed skater to an expert speaker has been an interesting ride for Steven over the last 10 years. Nowadays he works with a professional speechwriter and a comedian to continually hone his presentation skills. He has presented at over 1000 conferences and events in 18 countries and still loves it. He loves the adrenalin before going onstage, he is also an experienced ‘Master’ Of Ceremonies | Conference Facilitator and even does stand-up.
Steven enjoys the role of MC (Master of Ceremonies) and is also available to facilitate conferences. His vast experience onstage (over 750 events in 15 countries) allows him to be relaxed, informative and entertaining. Steven is one of Australia’s most well known Olympic Champions and adds the celebrity angle to any event.
Fortunately for his clients Steven has NEVER thought of himself as a celebrity. He is professional, down to earth and after his presentation is over he always takes the time to mingle with the audience. Steven prefers to fly economy class and loves to work with clients before the event to tailor his presentation to specific client needs. Steven works directly with all his clients (no agent as a middle man), he’s a good bloke, has an incredible product and comes with zero BS.
The roles of MC (Master of Ceremonies) and Conference Facilitator require preparation and Steven always works with his clients prior to the event to ensure no detail has been overlooked.
Combining Steven as both MC and Motivational Speaker or Entertainer at the same event is becoming popular. This dual role allows you to save some of your event budget for something else.
Steven also has many clients bring him back as the MC the following year/s after he has been the guest speaker.
Thanks so much Steven - you were a star on the day and I had wonderful positive feedback on your presentation from so many people. You have woven your story around a message that resonates with everyone. You held 2200 people in the palm of your hand for over an hour - at the end of a long day that is no easy thing to do so congratulations and thank you.
Thanks for an amazing afternoon with the boys during our safety day. You really drove home the importance of working as a team and following procedure. I’m confident this will have a positive impact on our company OHS. Everyone is still on a high and talking about your presentation the next day!
Your opening keynote presentation at our RWTA Conference was simply amazing. I have received glowing feedback from everyone. You were also a pleasure to work with in organization of the event logistics. Thanks again, I will be recommending you to others in our industry and hope to utilize your services again.
Thanks again for a great job last week as MC and keynote speaker at our 3 day conference on Hamilton Island. You kept everyone entertained and inspired, kept us on schedule and were an absolute pro on and off stage. Your ‘Last One Standing’ auction was an amazing addition raising an unexpected $4,500 for our charity, awesome! Thanks for being so obliging.
Thanks for the amazing job you did as our conference MC, you fitted in like one of the family and I have heard nothing but positive comments of your time with us. I hope you enjoyed the week, I’m sure there will be an opportunity for us to work with you again. Thanks again for your huge contribution to our conference!
